"Transaction" – A completed exchange between Buyer and Seller.
"Virtual Goods" – Digital in-game items, currency, accounts, achievements, rankings, or boosting services.
"Service" – Any gaming-related assistance, including but not limited to coaching, leveling, achievement completion, or account management.
4.1. Age Requirements You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform. Users under 18 may only use the Platform with express permission and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

7.1.2.InsaneBuildGG does not directly collect or store full credit card or debit card information. Sensitive payment data is securely processed and handled by certified third-party payment processors in accordance with their respective security and compliance standards.
7.1.3.By placing an order, you authorize InsaneBuildGG and its payment partners to process payments related to your transactions, including applicable taxes, fees, refunds, and chargeback handling.

7.2.1.All prices displayed on the Platform are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
7.2.2.Prices are subject to change at any time before an order is placed. Once an order has been successfully submitted and payment confirmed, the displayed price becomes final for that transaction.

11.3. Bankruptcy Protection Funds held in escrow are maintained in segregated accounts separate from Platform operating funds. In the event of Platform insolvency, escrow funds are protected and will be distributed to rightful owners.

Independent Platform InsaneBuildGG is an independent third-party marketplace and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or officially connected with any game publisher or developer, including but not limited to Grinding Gear Games or Blizzard Entertainment, or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates.
18.2. Ownership of Intellectual Property All game titles, trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, and related intellectual property displayed or referenced on the Platform remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
18.3. Fair Use and Descriptive References References to third-party games, brands, or intellectual property on the Platform are used solely for identification, descriptive, informational, and compatibility purposes in accordance with applicable fair-use and trademark laws.
18.4. No Endorsement InsaneBuildGG does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement by any game publisher, developer, or rights holder.

User Responsibility Users acknowledge that the use of boosting, trading, coaching, currency exchange, or similar services may be restricted by the terms, policies, or End-User License Agreements (EULA) of certain game publishers. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with such rules.

19.1.1.The Platform may display videos, images, or media from third-party sources (YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
19.1.2.All rights to third-party content remain with their respective owners.
19.1.3.Embedded content is displayed through official platform features and remains hosted by original providers.
19.2. Third-Party Links The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites.
19.3. Third-Party Payment Processors We use third-party payment processors. Your use of payment services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
20.1. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
20.2. International Users If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
21.1. Respect for Intellectual Property InsaneBuildGG respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same.
21.2. Reporting Copyright Infringement If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notification containing:

23.1. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InsaneBuildGG and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
23.2. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable.
23.3. No Waiver Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future. Waiver of any breach does not waive subsequent breaches.
23.4. Assignment You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor, affiliate, or acquirer.
23.5. Language These Terms are drafted in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
