How to Increase Corruption Quickly in Last Epoch

What Is Corruption?
Corruption makes your Monolith harder, but it also gives you better rewards.
Higher Corruption means:
- ✅More rarity better loot
- ✅More XP
- ⚠️ Stronger monsters
If your build is strong enough, pushing Corruption can be a great way to improve your farming.

1. Start With an Empowered Timeline
- First, unlock Empowered Timelines.
- Empowered Timelines start at 100 Corruption
- Pick a Timeline where your build feels comfortable

2. Don't Clear Every Echo
⛔ This is one of the biggest mistakes. You don't need to clear the whole Echo Web.
Instead, move toward in a direction of the Web and look for the Shade of Orobyss.
The goal is super super simple:
Get to the Shade as fast as possible.
Skip slow Echoes when you can. Don't spend extra time picking up every item.
Fast clears = faster Corruption.

3. Kill the Timeline Boss (get Gaze of Orobyss)
Before fighting the Shade, try to kill the Timeline Boss.
The boss gives you Gaze of Orobyss.
Gaze gives you extra Corruption when you kill the Shade.
So the basic route is:
Echoes → Timeline Boss → Gaze → Shade
This gives you much more Corruption than simply rushing to the Shade.
4. Kill the Shade of Orobyss
The Shade of Orobyss is the monster that increases your Corruption.
After you reach the Shade, kill it and your Corruption will increase.
The Echo Web then resets, and you can start again.
Just repeat:
Echoes → Boss → Gaze → Shade
The faster you repeat this loop, the faster your Corruption goes up.

5. Big Tips
1. Use Glyph of Envy 
Once you use it, your timeline bar gains Stability bonus from the Glyph.
2. Use Temporal Keystone 
It gives you Stability bonus as Glyph of Envy
3. Don’t use them when your timeline progress is almost full
Save them for when you need more Stability. Using them too late can waste their bonus.
Final Thoughts

Run fast. Kill the Boss. Get Gaze. Kill the Shade. Use Glyph/Key. Repeat.
